Mu is a commissioned project by the Montreal Art Council for the organization Mu, which was awarded the 2019 Prix Grant. The mural paintings by Mu in local communities beautify the city of Montreal. I utilize photographs of the St. Lawrence River to symbolize MU's accomplishment in enhancing the city's cultural life. By intricately cutting the photos into small pieces and arranging them within the brick wall structure (serving as the canvas for Mu's murals), I acknowledge and celebrate the success of Mu.
